Mosaic jewelry is the fine art of meticulous placement of tiny mosaic pieces (tesserae) int oa bezel or pendant (base) to create images or a pattern. The tesserae for jewelry can be anything from beads to millefiori (Italian glass) to stained glass to charms. Each piece of jewelry is a matchless piece of wearable art. This is what excited Amy so much about mosaic jewelry – it is worm and people see the art.

When Amy initially opened her business, she created and sold mosaic jewelry in her store. She took her business in a different direction and focused on teaching classes instead of creating art. After more than a year of gathering and experimenting with various materials, she started creating again and teaching mosaic jewelry workshops to family and friends. The more her guests created jewelry the more Amy enjoyed helping them create more jewelry. After more experimentation and videos, Amy started offering mosaic jewelry workshops in her studio and on-site. She loves that each piece is one-of-a-kind and uniquely created.
